Copyright protection is important for the performing art creator. Above all, this study was intensively performed the way how to protect Dancing Art Creator’s Copyrights. In principle, Dancing Art Creator’s who crafted the attractive dance motions should own genuine copyright on their creative product. however, Dancing Art Creator’s Copyrights easily ignored and can not be recognized. So, this study suggest recognizing dancing Art Creator’s Copyrights because dance is surely a way of original expression.
In order to strengthen Dancing Art Creator’s Copy_rights, standard copyrights contract must be signed through the dancers’ community and making a basis that to pay royalties.
