The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of visual perception cooperative activity program on the manipulation skills of basic motor skills of children with developmental disabilities. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the subjects of this study were selected from 11 parents with the consent of their parents in the special school in A city and the elementary school children (9 ~ 14 years old) We obtained useful information for the experiment through individual interview with parents before proceeding. Data analysis was conducted to examine the change of manipulation skill ability according to visual perception cooperative program, and the corresponding sample t-test was conducted based on the results of pre-test and post-test. The results of this study were analyzed and the following conclusions were obtained. The visual perception cooperative activity program had a positive effect on development of stroke, frying, receiving, throwing, and rolling area except the next in the manipulation skill ability of children with developmental disabilities. The result of the above study shows that visual perception co - morbidity is an influential variable on the manipulative motor skill ability of children with developmental disabilities.
