In this study, we looked at the relationship of the influence of psychological capital on mindfulness and organizational effectiveness. And we wanted to make empirical verification of the medial effect of mindfulness in relation to psychological capital and organizational effectiveness. For the purpose of this study, each concept was derived through prior research and literature review, and the demonstration was conducted on 230 room crew members working for national airlines, and the strategic implications of human management through psychological capital and mindfulness of crew members were to increase their organizational effectiveness and lead them to management performance. we found that psychological capital is closely related to mindfulness and organizational effectiveness. The higher the psychological capital, the higher the mindfulness and the higher the organizational effectiveness. The interaction between psychological capital and organizational effectiveness is significant. We was able to analyze the evidence Therefore, the results of this study suggest the importance of developing strategies, education, training programs, and implementation measures to enhance the mindset of Airline to maintain and enhance the psychological capital in the recruitment and human management dimensions of the cabin crew, and thus enhance the performance of the national airlines by enhancing organizational effectiveness.
