This study would investigate the impacts of job insecurity perceived by airline cabin crews’ on organizational commitment and turnover intention and examine organizational commitment as a variable mediating job insecurity and turnover intention. In addition, this study would empirically reveal the regulation effects of mindfulness in the relationships of job insecurity with organizational commitment and turnover intention. As a result of a test of hypotheses, first, it turned out that job insecurity had a significant negative (-) impact on organizational commitment while it had a significant positive (+) impact on turnover intention. In addition, it turned out that organizational commitment had a significant negative (-) impact on turnover intention. Second, as a result of the test of the mediation effect, it turned that organizational commitment had a mediation effect in the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention. Third, as a result of the test of the regulation effect, it turned out that mindfulness had a significant regulation effect in the relationship of the impact of job insecurity on organizational commitment in the ‘high mindfulness’ group.
