The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of education services using a junior college as a sample of enrolled students, and to verify the causal relationship between educational satisfaction, learning attitude, and academic achievement, which are deeply related to the employment rate. In addition, by verifying the indirect effects centered on educational satisfaction, the relationship between educational service quality, learning attitude, and academic achievement will be examined in detail. The online survey was conducted from March 10th to April 14th, 2021, and a total of 347 people were used for the final analysis. The collected data was analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 software program, frequency analysis was performed, and confirmation factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability, and structural equation were performed using AMOS 25.0. To increase the educational satisfaction, learning attitude, and academic achievement of the junior college bakery students, it is necessary to prioritize the factor of tangible education service quality and take into account interactivity and educational service quality factors of the curriculum. It is judged that students’ learning attitude and academic achievement will increase with the direction of education service quality.
