This study was conducted to identify the impact of the quality of online education services on learning engagement and academic performance for college students who attend online classes at universities. A total of 301 survey responses were used as a valid sample size. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 programs for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, while the interaction quality and learning environment quality, which are sub-factors of the online education service quality, have a significant impact on learning engagement, the quality of the results does not significantly impact learning engagement. Second, the result quality and learning environment quality, sub-factors of the online education service quality, have a meaningful influence on academic achievement. However, the interaction quality is found to have no substantial impact on it. Third, learning engagement shows a considerable effect on academic achievement. Based on these findings, the study presented various strategies for improving the quality of education services for online education, which is expected to be a major part of future university education, as well as ways to increase learning engagement and academic achievement.
