Egg proteins are well recognized as excellent sources of bioactive peptides. Enzymatic hydrolysis leads to improved functional and biological properties of protein by-products, which can be further used as nutraceuticals and protein ingredients for food applications. In current study, we investigated the immune-enhancing activity of Egg yolk peptides(EYP) using the murine macrophage cells in vitro.
