The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of recognition of the relationship between the Near-miss accident probability awareness(attitude) on workplace safety accidents of disabled workers(training) in special schools and welfare facilities. This research method uses multiple frequency and cross-analysis, logistic, and regression methods to analyze the impact on the level of workplace safety accidents with 49 disability workers(trainees) in special schools and welfare facilities. It has been shown that employment experience, current status of safety and health education, and the possibility of secondary accidents have a significant impact on workplace safety accident levels. In conclusion, it suggested accident prevention to ensure that various participation of work (life) together safely. It is meaningful to discuss and suggested the prevention of the possibility of near-accidents by type of disability and employment experience, improvement of safety and health level, and safety and health education plan.
