Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SNS channel use on recommendation intention and re-registration intention when parents choose a Taekwondo studio. A total of 300 questionnaires were collected through Google Forms over 15 days from September 12 to 27, 2023. Six questionnaires identified as error questionnaires were deleted, and a total of 294 questionnaires were used as data in the database. study. Data processing methods included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 28.0 statistical programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, when parents choose a Taekwondo studio, the type of SNS channel (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok) was found to have a significant effect on recommendation intention. Second, when parents choose a Taekwondo studio, the type of SNS channel (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok) was found to have a significant effect on re-registration intention (trustworthiness, relationship maintenance). Third, when parents choose a Taekwondo studio, their intention to recommend a Taekwondo studio appears to have a significant impact on their intention to re-register (trustworthiness, relationship maintenance).
