본 연구는 MZ 세대와 기성세대 간의 세대 차이로 인한 가치관이 다름에서 오는 문제점을 파악하고 특히, MZ 세대가 직장에서 겪는 소통의 어려움을 도울 수 있는 AI 기반의 사내 커뮤니케이션 시스템 서비스를 제안한다. 문헌 연구 이외에도 실증연구를 위해 포커스 그룹으로 MZ 직장인 12 명을 심층 인터뷰하였고 MZ 세대가 실제 회사 생활 중 겪는 불편하고 어려운 상황들을 수집했다. 이를 부드러운 소통으로 넘어갈 수 있도록 하는 번역 기능을 대입하여 사내 메신저 서비스에 맞춤형 이모티콘과 대화의 알고리즘 번역 기능을 적용하고자 하였다. 세대 간의 사회문화적 차이를 모더레이션 해주는 서비스는 AI 기반 디지털 플랫폼 기술의 사회적 문제해결에 기여한다.
