This study just want to make sure that this survey is not a study on a spot, but an essay for study on a spot. in a plainness, as a result of surveying activities of "Yujiale Festival", this festival is based on tourists's sea village life and ethnic custom experience, and also it can be said that it is a combination of ethnic-tour and superior ecology sightseeing of "Changdao County" and historical civilization tourism "Yujiale Festival" is seemed that it is one of the income-increasing for fishers and it could be a motive for the income-reclamation with a stonewort-phenomenon which sometimes can be happened at the gulf area. Anyway "Yujiale Festival" on "Changdao County" is the first case of the tour-commerciallsm based on the sea village ethnic custom, and it makes sea village production custom and sea village foods custom in "Changdao County" where interested in area of China. On a national basis it makes ecology-tour more interesting, and how to prevent the continue-feasible ecology. It is an event-festival which contains the contents of sea village ethnic and surely it makes local-interesting higher. This study feel inconvenience because of the lack of materials and the actual place survey, but This study look forward to survey in earnest which contains local people, tourists's experience based on propulsion-course and local activation in government of "Changdao County".
