The purpose of this study is to consider how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea. Through considerations of all problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation how to magnify sports exchange and cooperation as follows.
All problems of policy which sports exchange and cooperation have with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea:
First, it is insufficient to insist strongly an actively driving will and necessity about spats exchange and cooperation. Second, it is insufficient to establish the foundation of popular support and connect the policy about sports exchange and cooperation. Third, the policy cooperation with local governments is unsatisfied, and the approach about liquidity of social environment is not enough. Fourth, it is insufficient to develop a special policy about sports exchange and cooperation, and to train the organizations taking full responsibility and experts.
How to magnify sports exchange and cooperation with social and cultural exchange and cooperation between South and North Korea:
First, it is necessary to clarify an actively driving will to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Second, it is necessary to revise a middle and long-range master plan to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Third, it is necessary to activate and have sports meeting regularly to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fourth, it is necessary to set up a cooperation system with driving policies to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Fifth, it is necessary to diversify driving ways to magnify sports exchange and cooperation. Sixth, it is necessary to build up an international cooperation system to magnify sports exchange and cooperation.
