This study was aimed to examine effects of creatine-high molecular carbohydrate combined supplementation on muscular Endurance and Energy substrates. Twenty healthy collegiate students participated as subject with two-groups, placebo(P) group(n=10) and control group (n=10). Control group are divided creatine single supplementation(P) group and creatine-high molecular carbohydrate combination(Cr-H) group. The results were as follows: In C+H group, level of Urine creatinine was significantly higher than P group and C group. In C+H group, 40%RM-test of muscular endurance was significantly higher than P group. In C group, 40%RM-test of muscular endurance was significantly higher than P group. Serum glucose level was no significant difference between C group and C+H group. Serum insulin level was significantly higher than P group. Serum creatinine level was no significant difference Between before and after administration in all groups. But in C+H group level of serum creatinine was higher than P group, but was not statistically difference(P=.004).Serum CPK levels were no significant difference Between before and after administration in all groups. But in C+H group level of serum CPK was higher than C group, but was not statistically difference(P=.070). In summary, urine creatinine level and muscular Endurance were increased during creatine-high molecular carbohydrate combined supplementation on S-days. C+H Group was increase insulin level after workout, and lower glucose level of after workout than C and P groups. Another blood variables relation to fatigue was not statistically difference. Therefore, C+H group was appeared positive effect for muscular endurance, and Energy substrates.
