This study is aimed at examining the influence the quality of service recognized by users of outdoor/indoor golf practice ranges has on the customer satisfaction, intention of revisits. This study also seeks a comparative analysis on the quality of service, consumer satisfaction, intention of revisits and intention of verbal spread of information, thereby providing positive base materials to present marketing strategies needed for the owners or managers of driving ranges. For such purposes, the study conducted a survey of users of indoor/outdoor driving ranges in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province through convenience sampling method. For the data analysis were performed by using an SPSS Ver.12.0 and the following are the result. First, as for the difference verification for the quality of service between outdoor and indoor golf practice ranges, there were significant differences in “facility service,” “human service,” “price” and “promotion.” Second, according to results of the survey on the influence the service quality factors of outdoor driving ranges have on the consumer satisfaction, such factors as the “facility service,” “promotion” and “price” were exerting significant influence statistically. Third, according to the results of the survey on the influence the service quality factors of indoor driving ranges have on the consumer satisfaction, such factors as the “promotion,” “human service,” “facility service” and “price” were having significant influence statistically. Fourth, as for the influence the service quality factors of outdoor practice ranges have on the users' intention of revisits, such factors as “price,” “facility service,” “accessibility” and “promotion” were having significant influence statistically. Fifth, as for the influence the marketing mixture factors of indoor golf practice ranges have on the users' intention of revisits, such factors as “promotion,” “facility service”and “human service” were having significant influence statistically.
