The subjective of this research is athletic player power training on plasma electrolytes and blood pressure regulation hormone. the subjects were divided two groups, power training program group(soccer 5, basketball 5, handball 6; total 15) and control group(soccer 5, basketball 5, hanball 5; total 15), totaling 30 for the 12-week research.
For a treadmill exercise test, people in each group is made arrive at a test place to relax for half an hour before starting exercise test, and treadmill exercise test begins from 80m/min, an inclination of 5% with speed increased by 30m/min in 2minutes, and when the speed reach 110m/min, inclination is increased by 2% and speed by 20m/min gradually every 2minutes up to going all-out.
1. the power training program groups is after in the result plasma electrolytes showed the significantly greater increase in the activation of na+ and k+, after weeks of exercise for the rest and all-out post exercise. and there is a meaningful difference both in a power training program groups according to different groups as well as procedure terms.
2. the power training program groups is after in the result blood pressure regulation hormone showed the significantly greater increase in the activation of ADH, renin, aldosteron, ANP, after weeks of exercise for the rest and all-out post exercise. and thereis a meaningful difference both in a power training program groups according to different groups as well as procedure terms. the levels of the increments of plasma ADH and aldosterone stable state were higher, that of plasma renin, ANP immediately after the exercise were less in the power training program groups.
