The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental information on right a direction of better college food service. This study analyzed a satisfaction of meal service of college students. The results are summarized as follows: In general characteristics 116 female students and 84 male students are chosen for analysis. The average heights of male and female students 175.25㎝ and 162.34㎝, respectively. The average weights of male and female students 74.28㎏ and 59.12kg, respectively. The students who responded to 'taking breakfast daily' are estimated to be a rate 63.1% of male and 59.5% of female that is the highest proportion. In a reason of skipping breakfast of male and female students who have no enough time to take breakfast is estimated to be a rate of 46.0% and 46.4%, respectively. In the satisfaction of meal service a response to 'normal' and 'dissatisfaction' and 'very dissatisfaction' is estimated to be a rate 60.7% of male, 71.6% of female. It implies that male students are more satisfied with meal service than female students. The food that is enough in meal service. In an improvement in meal service the variety of menu is chosen the most. Female students point out sanitation more than male students. According to the result as above, it seems that the college meal service is quite satisfactory, however, it needs to pay more attention to a variety of menu, food taste as well as cook's attitude and sanitation so that male students shows more satisfaction to college meal service.
