The purpose of this study was to examine intercultural sensitivity of social work student within christian university by using Intercultural Sensitivity Scale(ISS) which has been developed by Chen. The data from 143 university students who major social work was analyzed to investigate the difference of IS according to language proficiency, international experience, gender, international friendship, muticultural education experience. The result showed that the score of IS was not different with general youth, and score of christian students was same to score of non-christian students within the sample. But IS was different according to language proficiency, international experience, gender, international friendship, multicultural education experience statistically. However among the 5 factors of IS(attending in intercultural activity, enjoying in intercultural activity, respecting difference, competence to control intercultural situation, concern in intercultural things), the difference of each score according to variables were analyzed. International friendship was different within all 5 factors statistically. International experience was different within 4 factors beside concern in intercultural things statistically. Multicultural education experience was different within 3 factors beside concern in intercultural things and enjoying in intercultural activity statistically. As the result the suggestion was made that the strategy of including multicultural education within the christian cultural studies, and social work major studies.
