This research constructs a previous hypothetical model based on interpersonal and task interaction between instructors and customers which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, repurchasing intention. Instruct unit, period, training level are antecedents for the second hypothetical model. The purpose of the research is to identify the causal relationships among the factors. Sample of 458 person(240 male, 218 female) are collected randomly. Subjects are over 14 years and participate in ski school in 2001 season(november,2000 - April, 2001), self- administration method is used for questionnaire responses and covariance structure analysis is used to analysis the data. The overall model fit of structural model is proved before a hypothesis check and result are; First, Overall model of structural model(1) indicates confounding(MI=102.334) between customers` perceptions of service quality and customer satisfaction and create a new hypothesis, based on theory, -service quality may influence consumer satisfaction - and structural model. Secondly, Overall model fit of structural model(2) indicates confounding(MI=107.526) between interpersonal interaction and task interaction. A new hypothesis based on theory - task interaction influences on interpersonal interaction - is established and modify construction model. Modified construction model(1) and (2) were found to be better than the original models in terms of the overall model fit indices result are; In modified model(1), Both interpersonal Interaction and task interaction had a significant effect on customers` perceptions of service quality and customer satisfaction. Customers` perceptions of service quality and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customers` re-purchase intention. In modified model(2), Instruction period had a significant effect on task interaction. Instruction unit and training level had no significant effect on task interaction and interpersonal interaction. Instruction period had no significant effect on interpersonal interaction. The result of new hypothesis was found that task interaction had a significant effect on interpersonal interaction and the result of the rest hypothesis are consistent with result of modified construction model(1). Results of new hypothesis suggested in the modified construct model(2) have not been checked in previous research. There implied that instructors` task ability influence significantly to ski training performance.
