Report Errors
The purpose of this study was to explore kindergarten principal's beliefs and reachers' beliefs and practices about Developmentally Appropriate Practice(DAP). Subjects were 58 each principals and reachers of private kindergarten in Busan city. And 4 each principals and teachers were selected from principal's-reacher's beliefs levels(four type).
The research instruments was a teacher questionnaire were developed by Hart et al.(1990), and Interview paper were developed by researcher. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Scheffe posttest. and qualitive questionnaire content were descripted by research questions.
Results revealed that there were significant differences In the DAP practices according to kindergarten principal-teacher's beliefs levels(four types). Also, there were the diversities in acknowledge about descrepancy between kindergarten principal's and teacher's DAP beliefs and practices.
