Senior Film Education as Arts & Culture Education is purposed to narrow the cultural gap between the generations through the production of works using digital devices and to provide opportunities to experience communication, care, and accomplishment through project-based production process. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the storytelling and action learning teaching - learning method on the achievement and trial and error of the senior film education, It constitutes three stages of the senior film education course at eye level. This study shows that education for senior learners is not a social welfare education but a place of self realization and self improvement to be able to do so. The senior film education as a cultural arts education in the future will increase the interest of senior learners based on this achievement, and if systematic education is attempted, it will bring about great development.
