The rental and sale apartment policy promoted to not only overcome about the exception of rental and sale apartment resident but also unite between income-hierarchy. On the earlier supplement, the concern for low-business value due to there were conflicts between residents which caused by the installed facilities based on the dweller’s income. Therefore, there needs to investigate to increase the quality of life about low-income dweller who lives in the rental and sale apartment. However, it is very lack of the research which for the low-income dweller who lives in the rental and sale apartment. This research is to analyse the factors which influence to the rental and sale apartment residents’ social interaction based on the ‘2011 rental and sale apartment’s resident furniture statement’ for increasing the quality of low-income tenant`s life. The ordered logit model concluded follow. Firstly, as a result of the factorial analysis, indoor house capacity, accessibility, unit indoor environmental quality level and unit appearance/utility management affect social interaction mainly. Secondary, based on the consequence of ordered logit model for the result which concluded in the first step, it informed that the unit indoor environmental quality level is a relatively essential factor. Finally, according to the result which considered compound method, the separated unit type is a significantly influential factor for the social interaction. This conclusion proves the mixture unit supplement overcome not psychological distance but physical distance. Therefore, to increase the social interaction of rental and sale apartment resident, there needs multilateral technique on the physical mixture unit plan.
