The purpose of the study was to examine the relative importance and priority of career determination factors for students with disabilities and that are decided on by parents and teachers. In addressing the research questions, this work employed the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a hierarchical analysis method. The following are study produces and findings. First, the relative importance weights on five upper hierarchical levels were individual factor, characteristics of working place factor, development possibility of professional empowerment factor, environmental factor, and company’s social status factor. Second, among all 25 items, the top 5 priorities of parents and teachers’ career decision making for students with disabilities were interest and aptitude in individual factor, stability of employment in working place factor, physical condition in individual factor, working circumstance in working place factor. The findings offer insights into what should be considered when determining a career or developing career readiness programs for students with disabilities.
