This study aimed to examine the relationship among teacher efficacy, organizational commitment, and happiness of childcare teachers. and to find out the mediator effect of happiness between the relationship of the other two. The participants were 380 Childcare teachers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, the research tool used were childcare teachers’ teacher efficacy, organizational commitment, and happiness surveys, and for data analysis, Sobel Test was done for regression analysis and statistical verification, according to correlation analysis and Baron & Kenny method using a SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the present study were as follows. First, according to the descriptive analysis done to find out the general tendency of teachers' efficacy, oranizational commitment, and happiness, they were higher than the average. Second, correlation analysis indicated that they had a positive correlation. Lastly, childcare teachers’ happiness partially mediated the relationship between teacher efficacy and organizational commitment. This research shows that happiness is an important mediator between the relationship of childcare teachers’ perceived teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment
