This study was to identify the relationships among surface acting, deep acting, and organizational commitment among child care teachers, and mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the relationships. And, it was to compare differences in path coefficients, by performing multi-group analysis depending on the careers of child care teachers. This study used 432 copies among all collected ones for final analysis. Statistical analysis of data was done using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, in the relationships among surface acting and deep acting of emotional labor, teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment among child care teachers, while the path from surface acting to organizational commitment was not statistically significant, the path from deep acting to organizational commitment was positively effective. The path from surface acting and deep acting to teacher efficacy, and the path from teacher efficacy to organizational commitment were positively effective as well. Second, the analysis of teacher efficacy-mediated effects in the relationship among emotional labor and organizational commitment was statistically significant. Third, in the relationships among surface acting, deep acting, teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment, it was found that teacher career makes some differences in path coefficients. In the paths from deep acting to organizational commitment, from teacher efficacy to organizational commitment, and from deep acting to teacher efficacy, the group of teachers with career of 5 years or more showed more significant effects.
