The purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of community facility usage on residential satisfaction in public rental housing. ata collected from SH in 2017 analyzed using regression analysis and path analysis. This research found that community facility usage in public rental housing positively influences residential satisfaction in public rental housing, while psychological stress has a negative effect. The mediation analysis, neighbors and psychological stress have mediati effects on the relationship between community facility usage and residential satisfaction of public rental housing. These findings imply that community facilities in public can significant increase residential satisfaction in public rental housing through neighbors. In addition, the community facilities can lower psychological stress, which leads higher residential satisfaction in public rental housing
