The purpose of this study is to inform the necessity of improving the quality of real-time remote video education in universities due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted to find out the factors that influence the degree of learning satisfaction of students majoring in airline service. To achieve the purpose of the study, 300 copies of a questionnaire were distributed from September 7 to September 26, 2020 to university students majoring in airline service, of which 289 copies were collected. Consequently, 280 surveys were retained for analysis using AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, teaching presence had an effect on learning presence. Second, teaching presence didn’t have an impact on learning satisfaction. Third, learning presence had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. Finally, teaching presence on learning satisfaction was significantly influenced by the mediating effect of learning presence. In addition, in a non-face-to-face situation, it can be seen that students wanted true communication rather than unilateral knowledge transfer from the instructor. Therefore, in this study, a method to effectively improve the sense of presence in real-time remote video education is proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 장기화에 따른 대학 실시간 원격 화상수업의 질적 향상에 대한 필요성을 제기하고, 항공서비스전공 대학생들의 수강 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보기 위해 연구가 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 9월 7일부터 26일까지 항공서비스학 전공 대학생을 대상으로 300부를 배포하였으며, 이 중 289부를 회수하였다. 신뢰성이 결여되고 누락한 항목이 있는 설문지 9부를 제외한 280부를 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 AMOS 18.0과 SPSS 18.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수실재감은 학습실재감에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수실재감은 수강 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 학습실재감은 수강 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 교수실재감과 수강 만족도 간의 관계에서 학습실재감이 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 혁신적인 교수법과 다양한 역량으로 실시간 화상수업을 잘 이끌어가는 교수실재감이 학생들의 수강 만족도로 이어지려면, 학생 스스로 학습내용을 인지하는 정도가 높은 인지적실재감과, 학습의 경험을 편안하고 흥미롭게 느끼는 감성적실재감이 매개되어야 한다고 설명할 수 있다. 또한 비대면 상황에서 학생들은 교수자의 일방적인 지식 전달이 아닌, 진정한 소통을 원하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 실시간 원격 화상수업에서 실재감을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
