The purpose of this study is to inform the necessity of improving the quality of real-time remote video education in universities due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted to find out the factors that influence the degree of learning satisfaction of students majoring in airline service. To achieve the purpose of the study, 300 copies of a questionnaire were distributed from September 7 to September 26, 2020 to university students majoring in airline service, of which 289 copies were collected. Consequently, 280 surveys were retained for analysis using AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, teaching presence had an effect on learning presence. Second, teaching presence didn’t have an impact on learning satisfaction. Third, learning presence had a significant effect on learning satisfaction. Finally, teaching presence on learning satisfaction was significantly influenced by the mediating effect of learning presence. In addition, in a non-face-to-face situation, it can be seen that students wanted true communication rather than unilateral knowledge transfer from the instructor. Therefore, in this study, a method to effectively improve the sense of presence in real-time remote video education is proposed.
