The purpose of study is to found out the impact of QWL and organizational culture on long-term re-employment intentions and to provide basic data on the key points that hairdressers can take long-term job opportunities to find improvements in QWL and organizational culture. The theoretical framework was prepared through the consideration of prior research and the data analysis was conducted with self-reportation survey using the SPSS 21.0 program to analyze frequency, factors, multiple regression, and reliability analysis. Human relations were shown to be related to development culture, group culture to justice, and rational culture to wealth. Since this study has been verified for hairdressers who are limited to Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, there is limit to generalizing the results of the study, so we hope that more objective and meaningful research result will be made through extensive samples of hairdressers working in various regions in the future
