This study is for suggesting the necessity and direction of the reeducational training for highly experienced teachers by investigating present condition and needs for those trainning. Firstly, present reeducational training for English and Japanese teachers, and secondary school teachers were investigated. Considering those present conditions in other subjects, the necessity of training for promoting certification and training for teacher's professionalism is suggested. Then the interview with teachers who is management position and is going to promote certification was conducted. From the results of interview, direction of trainings were presented that promoting certification training should substantively enhance qulification of teachers and training for teacher's professionalism should enhance the expertise for highly experienced teachers to lead the educational field.
