The purpose of this paper is to survey and analyze the satisfactions and perceptions of instructors and learners on University General English. Some instructors and learners are satisfied and others are not satisfied with University General English. In this paper, Questionnaire on satisfaction and perception of instructors and learners is consisted of nine items. Instructors are satisfied with 1 item of nine questions and learners are satisfied with 2 items of nine questions. Instructors and learners should learn from each other by understanding and helping each other. Instructors must develop and teach new teaching methods, and learners must actively engage in class to improve their abilities. In conclusion, both instructors and learners should try their own efforts to improve their understanding and satisfaction with University General English while also understanding the University’s position.
