As the cosmetology service industry is based on worker’s professional qualities and hence requires strong professional consciousness, it is expected that the influence of leadership will be high. Therefore, based on the previous studies, in this study, the charisma of leadership and individualized consideration were used as variables to investigate its’ effects on the cosmetology service worker’s job engagements and business performances. According to an empirical analysis, the study results found the following: First, in terms of the relationship between a leader’s charisma/individual considerations and job commitment, as a leader’s charisma and individual consideration increased, job commitment was higher. Second, in terms of the relationship between job commitment and job performances, as job commitment increased, job performances improved as well. This is because beauty practitioners are customized to service-oriented industries with a high level of interaction with customers and have a small number of human resources. Therefore, it is interpreted that, in order for the workers to form a sense of attachment and accomplishment to the work, the leaders should exercise leadership harmoniously by inculcating a clear sense of purpose and values and principle to the workers and allowing them to have selfesteem regarding their job and hence the work performance above their ability can be achieved. These results confirm that a leader’s charisma and individual considerations affect job commitment and job performances in the cosmetology service industry. It is anticipated that the importance of this study and necessity for its introduction are academically provided to cosmetology service industry
