The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of emotional expression on the job stress and deviant behavior in the exhibition booth. Questionnaire was prepared and distributed to those who participated in Daegu EXCO exhibitions. Total 350 questionnaires were distributed and 323 questionnaires were collected. 292 questionnaires were used for analyses after filtering out 31 questionnaires which represented wrong and invalid responses. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used for statistical analyses. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and SEM were sued for statistical result of this study. It was revealed that the degree of emotional labor of employees who work at encounter with exhibition attendees has positive impact on the degrees of job stress and deviant behavior of them. Also, the job stress of the employees has positive impact on the deviant behavior. These results of the study implies that the causes of the deviant behaviors of the booth employees are the job stress and emotional labor.
