The purpose of this study is on online platforms for popularizing vegetarianism, and aims to propose domestic vegetarian-oriented lifestyle platform services through user experience analysis. Accordingly, the current status of platform services was investigated through a total of 6 domestic and overseas vegan online platforms, and the use of online platforms was evaluated based on the primary food purchase factor evaluation and Stephen P. Anderson's Creating Pleasurable Interface Model for MZ generation. Second, based on the questionnaire, in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 people who have been practicing vegetarianism for more than 6 months. As a result, it was found that there was a perception that vegetarian foods were healthy, and online platforms showed the highest satisfaction with functionality, but pleasurable showed the lowest satisfaction, indicating that services were needed to increase user satisfaction. Based on this, 4 improvement directions were derived and a vegetarian online platform service and food package were proposed. It is expected that this study will be used as a study on food development and online platform for vegetarians in the future.
