This study was conducted to identify performance evaluation indicators and indicator weighted values for qualitative improvement of the career support project for athletes. Evaluation indicators were extracted from literature analysis and priorities of evaluation indicators were identified through AHP analysis. Projects extracted from evaluation indicators were categorized into career education, career counseling, mentoring and promotion activity. The main category of evaluation is ‘input-activity-output-performance’. The evaluation results are as follows. First, when it comes to career education performance indicators, design of education program and teacher’s lesson management skill at the level of learners’ eyes are important. Second, in terms of career counseling performance indicators, counselor’s capability and propriety of selection, and counselor’s counseling participant understanding are important. Third, in terms of mentoring performance indicators, mentor’s capability and propriety of selection, and concreteness of the mentoring program are important. Fourth, in relation to promotion activity performance indicators, promotion that fits a project purpose and propriety of the promotional means are important.
