This study attempted to verify the mediating effect of the organizational effectiveness of the institution in the relationship between the principal''s professionalism and the play support efficacy of early childhood teachers. The subjects of the study were 203 teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers located in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Ulsan Metropolitan City. For the data analysis, using SPSS and AMOS 26.0, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. Finally, in order to examine the causal relationship between variables, the structural equation model analysis and the significance of the mediating effect of the organization effect of the institution were verified through the bootstrap method. First, the research results showed a positive correlation between research variable respectively. Second, there were mediating effect of organizational effectiveness of the institution in the relationship between the principal’s professionalism and teachers’ play support efficacy. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the need for a multi-faceted approach to the teachers’ play support efficacy of teacher in the field.
