This study was on the subject of the aged over sixty five years old women's, and on the purpose of application and activation for the development of proper program through finding out the results of exercise by investigating the effect of participating in the regular exercise program on activity fitness. Factors of activity fitness in this study were measured using items in relation with physical strength, cooperation, balance, agility and flexibility. As a result of 2-way ANOVA and T test using pre and post data on the subject of 128 persons of experimental group for the program, three times a week for 16 weeks, the conclusions were as follows:
1. It showed that there was a significant difference in the post-program in comparison with pre-program in the item of agility, coordination" flexibility.
2. Strength, muscular endurance, were not significant difference as statistical between pre and post data test but absolute value of balance improved.
3. Effect by Regular rhythm exercise program practical application improved by continuous training although there is some other piece to element of physical fitness.
In conclusion, 16 weeks regular exercise program of aged affected agility, coordination, flexibility elevation, so it helps them improve physical and mental health.
