This paper is the first one of the basic studies to design a network concept of teacher organization. The teachers perform their duties within the structure of social relations over the school system. Then, It may be said that they consist of the networks of relations beyond the school system.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of social support for their duties accomplishment being provided from the teacher organization which the teachers recognize and to find the correlation between the level of social support recognition and job satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, first, the level of the teachers' recognition of the social support by the various teacher organization was analyzed. As the background variables in this study, the teacher's career and status in the school was employed. Second, the interrelation of the teachers' social support recognition and their job satisfaction was examined.
The results of the this research may be summarized as follows: (1) The teachers recognized a significant difference of social support being provided from various teacher organization. And it was a significant difference according to teacher's career and status in the school. (2) The teachers' social support recognition and their job satisfaction was also a significant correlation. Therefore, The teacher organization should be explore within the social networks of relations beyond the school system.
