In this study, observation was made on future prospects and trends of the Food Industry services of domestic sector such as classifying into Korea Restaurants, Fast food restaurants, Family Restaurant and Coffee shops then in this thesis, it shows that analysis was performed for the level of importance, directly targeting the intermediate managers and higher position holding personnel who work in the Restaurant Industry, unlike other consumer focused studies. Secondly, for the relative importance level concerning the service quality of Restaurant Industry, It was shown the Menu Quality was the highest factor, then in the sequence of conveniency, afford ability and quality. For Coffee shops was the most important factor, then in the order of atmosphere. Third, the result from application of the comprehensive weighted value was presented in the order of atmosphere of Coffee shops > Menu Quality of Coffee shops> Contact Customer Service of Korea Restaurants> Conveniency of Fast food restaurants. Forth as the result of sensitivity analysis for Food Industry services a conclusion was brought as atmosphere is the most important Menu Quality, hypothetically saying Restaurant Industry service has relative similarity in their proportion
