Report Errors
The results of this study are as follows: Independent variables were classified into three categories: financial profitability, environmentally integrity and social responsibility. Finally, brand loyalty was selected as a dependent variable with corporate image and product reliability as parameters. Hypothesis testing was conducted using AMOS and SPSS statistical programs. A total of 443 questionnaires were distributed to general consumers who were aware of shared value creation. The results showed that reconceiving products and markets, redefining productivity in the value chain, enabling local cluster development, supply chain environmental management, eco efficiency, philanthropic responsibility and charitable responsibility positively affect corporate image. Only enabling local cluster development, eco efficiency, and philanthropic responsibility have a significant effect on product reliability. Finally, it has been verified that corporate image and product Credibility have a significant effect on brand loyalty.
