The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of ego-resilience on the relationship between social supporting and job satisfaction, psychological well-being. To achieve the study goals, a survey was carried out for 221 early childhood teacher working at nursery facilities with in jeonlabuk-do Province. The analysis of data used correlation analysis, regression analysis, Baron & Kenny(1986)'s mediating analysis, and Sobel test. The study found that job satisfaction has positive relationship among social supporting, while ego-resilience plays a partially mediating role between the two variables. And psychological well-being has positive relationship among social supporting, while ego-resilience plays a partially mediating role between the two variables. These results suggest that early childhood teachers' social supporting is an important factor for job satisfaction and psychological well-being.
