본 연구는 1～13차 한국노동패널데이터(KLIPS)를 사용하여 국내 노동시장의 고용불안 정도를 분석하고, 사회경제적 요인 및 인적요인들이 고용불안에 미치는 영향을 cox-proportional hazard regression을 이용하여 찾고자 하였다. 분석 결과 국내 임금직 노동자의 고용불안정에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 교육수준 등의 인적특성과 노조, 종사상 지위 등의 노동시장특성에 다양하게 나타났으며 각 요인들이 영향을 미치는 정도는 각기 다르게 나타났다. 교육수준이 높을수록, 정규직일수록 노동시장에서의 생존율이 높게 나타났으며 나이가 어리고 교육정도가 낮으며 비정규직이며 비노조원일수록 실직위험률이 높으며 이에 따라 노동시장에서의 안정성이 떨어지는 것으로 분석된다.
