In order to provide meaningful implications for full-service carriers, this study is pursuing to investigate the impact of ratios of price to performance and price to satisfaction on the intention to reuse a full-service carrier. It also would like to find significant selective attributes influencing both ratios of price to performance and price to satisfaction in full-service carriers. For the empirical analysis, the online survey was conducted by targeting consumers who experienced in full service carriers within recent 6 months. A total of 301 usable samples were included for the analysis. The results are presented as follows: first, in-flight and airport services impact on the ratio of price to performance, while in-flight and airline services only influence the ratio of price to satisfaction. Secondly, both ratios of price to performance and price to satisfaction significantly influence the intention to reuse the full-service carrier, but the ratio of price to satisfaction has the larger effect on the intention to reuse compared to the ratio of price to performance.
