This study was conducted to verify the specificity and systemicity of the qualitative improvement plan of convergence arts education in accordance with the change of education paradigm after the announcement of Seoul Agenda. And in this study, domestic and foreign cases of physical activity-based convergence culture and arts education were analyzed in connection with the virtuous circle structure of art education for sustainable culture and arts education. In the planning of convergence culture and arts education, the process of identifying information on the needs and level of learning of the local learners who receive the culture and arts education should be included. Before implementing the program, provide examples of integrated and converged education programs for the educators and artists who are engaged in the education to experience the various fields. It would be necessary to develop practical convergence educational model by level of learners by continuously exploring advanced cases according to the type of convergence, and to construct data for effective application by analyzing the effects and results of convergence dance education in depth in seminar and workshop. Beyond supporting the improvement of the educational environment through communication between institutions, schools, and educators, it would be necessary to form a network with participants and their parents in educational program to understand how to manage and operate the program. In the implementation, practical institutional readjustment and support needed for the planning, production and distribution of convergence culture and arts education, through joint implementation with governments, communities, institutions, privates, and convergence fields.

이 연구는 서울어젠다 발표 이후, 교육 패러다임의 변화에 따른 융합예술교육의 질적 제고 방안의 구체성과 체계성을 확인하고자 실행된 연구이다. 이에 수준높은 문화예술교육을 위하여 예술교육의 선순환 운영구조 가능성을 탐색하고 국내외 신체활동기반 융합문화예술교육의 운영사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 예술교육 질적 향상의 재도약을 위하여 첫째, 융합문화예술교육을 기획단계에서 지역연계를 위한 요구분석, 학습자 수준 정보를 파악할 수 있는 자료수집 과정이 필수적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 프로그램 실행 이전, 교육자의 역량강화를 위하여 다양한 분야를 경험할 수 있는 융합교육 프로그램의 예시를 제공하고, 각 분야의 현장전문가와의 면담, 멘토링을 통해 융합교육의 실제 운영방법에 대한 자료를 습득할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 융합의 유형에 따른 선진 사례를 지속적으로 발굴하여, 학습자 수준별 실천적인 융합교육모형을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증함으로써 효과적인 적용을 위한 자료 구축을 해야 한다. 넷째, 기관, 학교, 교육자 간의 의사소통을 통한 교육환경 개선지원을 넘어 교육프로그램 참여자와의 네트워크를 형성하여 프로그램 관리방안과 운영방법을 파악할 수 있어야 한다. 다섯째, 각 부문을 대표하는 협력인력과의 공동실행을 통해 융합문화예술교육의 기획, 제작, 보급에 필요한 실질적인 제도 정비와 지원이 이루어져야 할 것을 제안한다. 이 연구를 통해 예술교육 전략의 선순환구조 가능성을 설명하고, 이와 연계하여 예술교육의 질적 향상을 위한 문제점 및 해결방안을 모색하는 자료구축의 토대를 마련하며, 문화예술교육 정책사업의 사례 및 성과 점검을 통해 정책적 기반 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
