This study was conducted to verify the specificity and systemicity of the qualitative improvement plan of convergence arts education in accordance with the change of education paradigm after the announcement of Seoul Agenda. And in this study, domestic and foreign cases of physical activity-based convergence culture and arts education were analyzed in connection with the virtuous circle structure of art education for sustainable culture and arts education. In the planning of convergence culture and arts education, the process of identifying information on the needs and level of learning of the local learners who receive the culture and arts education should be included. Before implementing the program, provide examples of integrated and converged education programs for the educators and artists who are engaged in the education to experience the various fields. It would be necessary to develop practical convergence educational model by level of learners by continuously exploring advanced cases according to the type of convergence, and to construct data for effective application by analyzing the effects and results of convergence dance education in depth in seminar and workshop. Beyond supporting the improvement of the educational environment through communication between institutions, schools, and educators, it would be necessary to form a network with participants and their parents in educational program to understand how to manage and operate the program. In the implementation, practical institutional readjustment and support needed for the planning, production and distribution of convergence culture and arts education, through joint implementation with governments, communities, institutions, privates, and convergence fields.
