It is essential that generations of child-rearing in the modern society, represented by isolated child-rearing, share their concerns about child-rearing and exchange. This study conducted an online survey of 520 parents rearing infants or toddlers in Cheongju and investigated and analyzed the needs for child-rearing community facilities. The research results are as follows. First, parents of children from all age groups preferred children’s library, outdoor garden for children to play, and café. Second, regardless of the children’s age group, parents preferred facilities and furniture such as kitchenettes to prepare baby food, as well as floor mats and cushions for rearers as some of the top five elements. Third, for the outdoor garden in the child-rearing community facility, all parents highly preferred swimming pool regardless of their children’s ages. Fourth, regardless of their children’s age, parents strongly expressed the demand to separate play areas by children’s age groups. Fifth, in terms of programs from the child-rearing community facility, more than 3 out of 4 points were allocated to the need for instrumental support, informational support, affective support, and sociable support. Finally, walking distance had the highest preference as the distance to the child-rearing community facility.
