This research paper analyzed the theoretical base stones of the 2022 revised moral curriculum for elementary school which is now loading on the site for hearing from critics. In this paper, we found out from the draft, that it was consists of three pillars as basic theoretic base. One of them is the multi level and dimensional approach for building of morality. It’s the reasonable way to develop it by the understanding by design. we can call it as the realization of understanding by design for the new one. Next, we analyzed the ideal goal of teaching for students as harmonizing between moral students and fair citizens. It means the citizenship education is also so important in moral education of the new curriculum. Lastly, in this paper, from the draft we were analyzed that doing moral was so important for advancing the moral capability. we are hope that this paper will be some guidelines of understanding the revised curriculum and developing the moral textbooks in elementary school.
