Understanding of Play Support Method of Early Childhood Teachersand the Degree of Young Children’s Experience in the 2019Revised Nuri Curriculum Contents by Teacher’s CharacteristicsYeonju Cheon & Sangock Jang Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the understanding of the play support method of early childhood teachers for the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum education contents, the degree of young children’s education content experience, and the relationship. 302 early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam were surveyed via questionnaires. First, the understanding of the teacher’s play support method and the degree of young children’s experience in the revised Nuri curriculum differed according to the teacher’s age, education, career, and institution type. Second, teacher’s understanding of the play support method showed a high positive correlation with the degree of young children’s experience. To enhance young children’s experience degree of education content, the necessity of education on the play support method of teachers is requested.
