This study examines the effects of knowledge collection and knowledge donation on innovation behavior, and examines the moderating effect of the leading nature in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. The purpose of this study is to raise the importance of knowledge sharing in an organization and to verify the influence of the leading character that knowledge sharing can have a positive effect on innovation behavior. Unlike the tacit and formal knowledge presented in many previous studies, knowledge sharing was classified into collection and donation and measured on the Likert 5 scale. In addition, themoderatingeffectontheleadingcharacterbetweenknowledgedonation,knowledgecollection,andinnovation behavior, which was not sufficiently reviewed in previous studies, was reviewed. The analysis method used the hierarchicalregressionanalysistechniqueinSPSS24.0.Asaresultofhypothesistesting,itwasconfirmedthat knowledge sharing had a positive (+) effect on innovation behavior. It was confirmed that the leading personality plays a moderating action between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. This study pointed out the limitations of research on the analysis method for knowledge sharing and the outcome variables of innovationbehavior.
