Report Errors
Stories that have existed since ancient times have been told for various purposes. The narrative mentioned in Aristotle"s Poetics has been used as a form to convey content. The emergence of various media requires different forms of storytelling. In particular, the development of IT technology has drastically changed the paradigm of telling stories. The rise of the digital environment and the rise of AI lead to another future. Narrative science is being transformed in many ways through the convergence of brain science, artificial intelligence, and cognitive neuroscience to adapt to the digital environment. Digital storytelling, which was mentioned at the "Digital Storytelling Festival" in Colorado, USA, in 1995, has expanded its meaning in the current era and is actively being researched. The metaverse world which enables real-time physical distance freedom and multidirectional communication is an example. The autonomy of automatically generated content the autonomy of the content created and the space in which it interacts will increase the new sense of satisfaction and happiness for human beings and will affect the quality of life. We would like to examine these changes and consider creation in the age of digital storytelling.
