The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job crafting of fitness center employees and innovative work behavior and business performance. The Data were collected through a questionnaire from 359 employees at a fitness center located in Seoul. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 30 questions, including general characteristics 5, job crafting 13, innovative work behavior 7, management performance 4. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0. The significant level of hypothesis verification is set-up as α=.05. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the job crafting of fitness center employees positively affected innovative work behavior. Second, it was found that the job crafting of fitness center employees positively affected management performance. Third, it was found that the innovative work behavior of fitness center employees positively affected management performance. In summary, the results of this study showed that job crafting and innovative work behavior of employees positively improved the management performance of fitness centers. Therefore, it is meaningful that the human resource management plan and management strategy of employees were presented to increase the efficiency of sports organization management.
