This study tests the hypotheses established on the factors in using credit card points through customers in point mall and general customers. The structural equation model is used to find out how independent factors give influence on consumers' recognition and satisfaction on point system. As the result of the research survey it is found that the higher consumers' recognition and satisfaction on point system is, consumers will reuse point system of credit card.
It is proved that the more additional service system and consumption behaviors are aggressive, the more the card discount benefits is used, the less complains in using credit card is, the higher the degree of consumers' recognition and satisfaction is shown. Discount benefits in consumers recognition are significantly different on the statistical significant level 0.05.
Thus companies must make point reusing program by checking and reflecting the level of consumers' satisfaction on point system through offering consumers' right to know by providing information on additional benefits of credit card as well as making PR on point system.
