Report Errors
Firstly, most business regulations under the laws related to the consumer protection use authoritative tools. But I point out that regulation reform should head to improve consumer protection. Secondly, problems of consumer’s damages are able to be solved more effectively by which business operators making consumer’s damages with productions and services take precautionary and relief measures than by which the third party intervene in problems to solve one’s damages. In such perspective, it needs ground of the Framework Act on Consumers to self-regulate more powerfully and effectively in the legislative-policy. Thirdly, social responsibility and role of operator are underlined legally. The legal system also have to be improved for them. For according to it, the sector of consumer protection tend to convert into 'consumer-civil society' which consumer-citizen has a leading role, and has discussed policies and laws about social responsibility and role of operator in the international institutes and advanced countries. Fourthly, the reform of consumer protection should head to tighten precautions against consumer problems. It is considered that the U.S.A has tried to solve the problem of consumer protection for the economic and social weak by function of market. Fifthly, The new type of regulation based on the international regulatory environment should be adopted actively. It requires exertion to adjust domestic standards to international standards.
